These Terms of Use govern your use of PULSR (the "app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial practice purposes.
The app offers a one-time "Pulsr Pro" unlock as an in-app purchase, processed through your Apple App Store account. Purchases are billed and managed by Apple; refund requests must be made through Apple, not us. Pro unlocks additional features (e.g. extended ramp trainer range, more Poly Lab layers, unlimited setlists) as described in the app at time of purchase.
Practice history, presets, and setlists you create stay on your device. You are responsible for backing up anything you want to keep; we are not responsible for data lost due to app deletion, device loss, or OS-level storage clearing.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app outside of the official App Store, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
